Azure Developer League - Cloud Skills Challenge | Indian/Canadian Number + possible Validity or Extention | EST

Hi Team

I am from India and I participated in Azure Developer League - Cloud Skills Challenge and earned a FREE exam code.
( Ref: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/campaign/azuredeveloperleague/ )

As mentioned on the website, I have to redeem my Microsoft exam code by 30 Sep, and I have created my profile.
Right now I am in the EST time zone and as I am out of India, so I have changed my number in my Microsoft Exam profile to a Canadian number on which I may be reached on exam day by the proctor.

1. If I'm giving an exam in India, will the proctor be from India too and call on my Indian number, or is it ok to mention a Canadian number?
2. Please advise the possible exam extension date for this certification(AZ-104), else Can I give this exam on 30 Sep in EST time?

Please Advise so that I may book my exam accordingly as soon as possible.
