If you're encountering the message "this verification method isn't working now" when trying to reset your password using your mobile phone, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Mobile Number: Ensure that the mobile number associated with your account is correct and that it is registered properly in your user profile.
    2. Blocked Calls or Messages: Verify if there are any blocked numbers on your device that might prevent verification calls or messages from coming through.
    3. Telecom Issues: Sometimes, issues with telecom providers can cause problems with receiving verification codes. If possible, try using a different phone or contact your telecom provider for assistance.
    4. Account Blocked: If your account has been blocked for some reason, you may need to contact your administrator to unblock it.
    5. Alternative Methods: If the mobile verification method is not working, consider using another method for verification, such as the Microsoft Authenticator app or email verification, if those options are available.
    6. Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, you may need to reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the issue with the verification method not working.
