On a private Microsoft 365 subscription there is no method provided to change the billing date, the only way to do that would be to cancel the subscription, then wait until the first of the month and take out a new subscription.

I've just changed my job and I'm now being paid monthly.
I need to change my payment date from the 14th to the 1st of the month.
