I cannot sign into Microsoft Authenticator. I reset my old phone before doing it.

Mistakenly, I reset my old phone before setting up Microsoft Authenticator in the new iPhone. As a result, I cannot sign into my authenticator account.

To make things worse, when I choose to receive a code to sign in, either through my email or a message sent to my phone, I simply don't get any of them.

Thank you.

If you reset your old phone before setting up Microsoft Authenticator on your new phone, you may need to recover your accounts manually. Here are some steps you can try:

    1. Recovery Codes: If you saved recovery codes when you set up two-factor authentication, use them to regain access.
    2. Account Recovery: Use the account recovery options provided by the services you are trying to access (e.g., email, SMS, security questions).
    3. Contact Support: Reach out to the support team of the services you are trying to access for further assistance.

If you are not receiving codes via email or SMS, ensure that your contact information is correct and check your spam/junk folders. If the issue persists, contacting support is the best option.
