I hope you understand that in order to reset or configure MFA, an admin must be able to sign in to the admin portal. That’s why I need to confirm:
- When you mentioned that the admin account is continuously prompting MFA, do you mean that you're completely unable to sign in at all?
- Also, aside from this admin account, is there any other account in your organization that can access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center?
- Could you please share the screenshot with me?
