Our company recently transitioned from the GoDaddy-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant to a direct Microsoft tenant. Since the migration, the admin account is continuously prompting for two-step verification (MFA) when signing into the new environment.

    Hello @Yungyeong Jang,

Thank you for reaching out to the Q&A forum!

I hope you understand that in order to reset or configure MFA, an admin must be able to sign in to the admin portal. That’s why I need to confirm:

    1. When you mentioned that the admin account is continuously prompting MFA, do you mean that you're completely unable to sign in at all?
    2. Also, aside from this admin account, is there any other account in your organization that can access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    3. Could you please share the screenshot with me?

Note: I will help you blur or hide any personal information if needed.

Each scenario requires a different approach, so I need to be sure to guide you in the right direction.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to identify the root cause and find a solution.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
