Currently, Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication (MFA) primarily supports phone verification methods, such as receiving a text message or phone call for authentication. Unfortunately, there is no option to replace phone verification with email for this purpose. If you're facing issues with receiving the verification code on your phone, you can try the following steps:
- Attempt to receive the verification code up to five times within 5 minutes.
- Check if a third-party security app is blocking the verification messages and consider disabling it temporarily.
- If you have multiple verification methods set up, try using a different method on the sign-in page.
