Currently, Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication (MFA) primarily supports phone verification methods, such as receiving a text message or phone call for authentication. Unfortunately, there is no option to replace phone verification with email for this purpose. If you're facing issues with receiving the verification code on your phone, you can try the following steps:

    1. Attempt to receive the verification code up to five times within 5 minutes.
    2. Check if a third-party security app is blocking the verification messages and consider disabling it temporarily.
    3. If you have multiple verification methods set up, try using a different method on the sign-in page.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to open a support case for further assistance.

Hi, I'm John! A fellow Microsoft Rewards user.

Unfortunately, phone verification is required for security and account protection and can’t be replaced with email.

Have you tried adding the phone number using the default mobile browser on the phone where the SIM card is inserted?

If you haven't tried this, please follow these steps:

    • On your mobile device where the SIM phone number is inserted visit this link on mobile browser: https://account.live.com/names/Manage
    • Click "Add phone number".
    • Verify country code.
    • Type your mobile number without space and without zero (0) at the beginning, and without these special characters: ( ) [ ] . - * /".
    • Then confirm password.

After that go back to redeem page: https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/

Attempt to redeem the reward again.

I really hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
