To leave the Windows Insider program and revert to a stable version of Windows, you need to unenroll your device. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program.
    2. Under Stop Insider Preview Builds, you can choose to stop receiving preview builds. If you are in the Beta Channel, you can flip the switch to stop getting preview builds when the next major release of Windows 10 launches to the public.
    3. If you want to remove the beta update immediately, you may need to perform a clean installation of Windows 10. You can find instructions for this in the Windows support documentation.

Once you have completed these steps, your device will no longer receive Insider Preview builds, and you will be able to use the stable version of Windows.
