    Hi Brian,

You can manage Outlook storage effectively, start by checking your mailbox size under File > Info > Mailbox Settings > Mailbox Cleanup. For older emails, you can use AutoArchive or manually archive them into a PST file via File > Tools > Clean Up Old Items. If you’re on Microsoft 365, enabling Online Archive is a great option for cloud-based storage. Also, consider removing large attachments by saving them to OneDrive, clearing Deleted Items and Junk folders, and compacting your data files afterward. For detailed steps, check Microsoft’s guide here: Archive in Outlook for Windows. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/manage-my-mailbox-size-in-outlook-792b521c-3f4e-404e-b436-9c197bad6f45
