My wife's laptop crashed on Nov. 4. Geek Squad Tech Support determined all data was corrupted and could not be retrieved. The technician wiped her computer and returned it to her with no software on it except for the Windows operating system. We have a family license for Office 365 but do not know how to download it/install it to her laptop.

She is connected to the internet and has installed Google Chrome. No other apps are installed.
