Microsoft is not letting me edit my birthdate. When I try to edit it, it shows this ID: 0003BFFEA50D9503.

I entered the wrong birthdate and it shows that I 3 years old. I have followed all the recommendations to change it and is not letting me. I am restricted to use my pc for only 4 hours per day

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

You're seeing this error due to the extremely young age your account is set to. Please try changing the date of birth at https://account.microsoft.com. You may need to provide a credit card in your name to prove your age.

If you still have trouble though please start an online chat with support via https://support.microsoft.com and click on Contact Us. Explain the issue to them and they should be able to help.
