Hi! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the Outlook app. Are the email accounts you’re using Microsoft accounts (Outlook/Hotmail) or from a third-party provider? Also, did you add these accounts as IMAP or POP3? If you can share any error messages or screenshots, that would help narrow things down.

To stop emails from Safe Senders going to the Junk folder in Outlook, you can follow these steps:

    1. Mark as Not Junk: Ensure that you have marked the emails as "Not Junk" using the Microsoft Message Add-in or the Outlook buttons. This helps inform Outlook that these emails should not be considered junk.
    2. Add to Safe Senders List: Make sure the sender's email address is added to your Safe Senders list. You can do this by going to Outlook settings and adding the sender's email address to the Safe Senders list.
    3. Check Trust Settings: If you have the option "Trust e-mail from my Contacts" enabled, and you have a large number of contacts, this may inadvertently cause issues. If this option is enabled, Outlook tries to add all email addresses from your contacts to the Safe Senders list, which can exceed the limit and cause emails to still go to Junk. Consider disabling this option if you have many contacts.
    4. Review Junk E-mail Settings: Check your Junk E-mail settings to ensure they are configured correctly. You may want to review the settings related to filtering and blocking.
    5. Check for Hidden Rules: Sometimes, hidden rules or settings in your mailbox can cause issues. You may need to use tools like MFCMAPI to check for incorrectly configured values in your mailbox that might affect how emails are processed.

If you continue to experience issues, you may need to further investigate your settings or consider reaching out to support for more assistance.
