It seems like you are experiencing an issue with your Dolby Atmos license not being recognized in the Dolby Access app. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Your Purchase: Ensure that your purchase was completed successfully and that you are logged into the same Microsoft account that was used to make the purchase.
    2. Reinstall Dolby Access: Sometimes, reinstalling the app can resolve issues related to license recognition. Uninstall Dolby Access and then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
    3. Update Windows: Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.
    4. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Dolby support for assistance with your purchase and license verification.
    5. Check for Multiple Accounts: If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, ensure you are using the correct one that has the Dolby Atmos license associated with it.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, contacting Microsoft support may be necessary for further assistance with your purchase.

Hi! If you already made the purchase through the Microsoft Store, sign in with the same Microsoft account in the Store app. Then open the Dolby Access app and select Start free trial—this should refresh your license. It’s important that you use the same account that made the purchase.
