I’ve tried messing with my birthday and all the accounts I can remember having. The organizer account’s name is my initial so I’m pretty sure it’s not one of my parents or sibling’s account. I’m at a loss and it won’t let me buy games and I don’t want to create a new email when I’ve done everything on this email.

If you're unable to leave a family organizer account because you don't know the organizer's email, you may need to try reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you verify your identity and potentially provide you with options to regain access or remove the family organizer association. Unfortunately, without the email, it can be difficult to manage family settings directly.

Additionally, ensure that you have the correct information about your account and any associated accounts that might help in the verification process when contacting support.

Hi! If the account’s date of birth shows you’re already an adult, you should be able to sign in at family.microsoft.com, click your profile picture, open the three dots (More options) menu in the upper-right,select Manage consent, remove parental consent, and then leave the family group.
