Hello,

I cannot login to my tenant. I am the only admin as it is a private account, so I cannot do anything on my side. It has been more than 200 days since I logged in and I don't need the old tenant. I just want to have a new one. Can someone in Microsoft reset my account?

If your tenant has been blocked due to inactivity, you will not be able to log in or access it. Since it has been more than 20 days since the tenant became inactive, it will be deleted and is not recoverable. Therefore, if you do not wish to reactivate the tenant, it is effectively no longer available.

As the only administrator, you cannot reset or recover the account after it has been deleted. If you want to create a new tenant, you will need to sign up for a new account with Microsoft.

In the future, if a tenant becomes inactive, you can request reactivation within 20 days by contacting Microsoft support. However, since your tenant has been inactive for much longer, that option is no longer applicable.
