Some IT company added my personal account to their workspace. They said they didn’t know how to remove me from their Microsoft account. It’s super annoying. When I switch to the other workspace, some elements stay the same. How is that possible?

In Teams, click on the upper right user icon, do you see their company name listed, if so, click on that to switch to it, then go to Settings and to the page in your screenshot, the leave button should now become available for you to toggle off.
If for any reason you cannot get to that account at all, see if you can do this:
go to https://portual.azure.com See if you can sign in.
If you can, click on Manage Entra ID > Manage tenant, click on the company name and then click on leave.
No luck. When I click the “Leave org” button at the bottom of the page, the site redirects me to a “company” login. If I enter my personal credentials, it shows an error.
I see, in this case, the host company admin user has to remove you.
They should be able to log into the following with their admin credential and find your user, and then remove you from there.

If they need support from Microsoft, they can go into https://portal.azure.com and click on Help and support to create a request.
