Hi! Please open Settings > Accounts > Family, remove your account from “Your family” on the device (if listed), sign out of the Family Safety app and Microsoft Edge (edge://settings/profiles) and sign back in, or delete the Edge profile and create a new one. Also make sure you’re not signed into Edge/Windows with a school/work account that enforces web filtering. Restart the device; if the prompt persists, clear Edge data (Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data), and re-add your account, this forces the family policy cache to refresh.

I have been removed from the Microsoft family safety account but I still can't go into certain websites without a message coming up saying i need to send a request so I can get permission to enter .
