To find your BitLocker recovery key, you can follow these steps depending on how your device is managed:

    1. Using the Intune Company Portal (for work or school devices):
      • Sign in to the Company Portal website.
      • Go to Devices and select the PC you're locked out of.
      • Click on Get recovery key and then select Show recovery key.
      • Your recovery key will be displayed; make sure to write it down or copy it before it disappears after five minutes.
    2. Using the BitLocker self-service portal (if your organization has set it up):
      • When prompted for the recovery key, write down the 32-digit BitLocker recovery key ID displayed on the recovery screen.
      • On another computer, access the self-service portal (e.g., https://webserver.contoso.com/SelfService).
      • Enter the recovery key ID and select the reason for your request, then click Get Key to retrieve your 48-digit BitLocker recovery key.
    3. Contact IT Support:
      • If you cannot find the recovery key using the above methods, you may need to contact your IT support for assistance.

Remember, recovery keys are only available for devices encrypted by your organization, not for personal devices.

    Hi, good day!

Please check the support article in the link below on How to find your BitLocker recovery key in Windows.

I apologize, but there isn't another way to get around BitLocker if you can't find the right recovery key or keep running into the same problem. In this situation, a Clean Installation of Windows via USB flash drive would be required. Please be aware that the BitLocker encryption will be deactivated during this operation, and your data will be lost.

You will need to find another working Windows computer from a family member or friend near you to create the Windows 11 USB Installation media.

Find another working computer then download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 11". Instructions inside the link.

Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box. Please check the link below for more details.

Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.

Kindly refer to the link below on How to Perform a Clean Install for more details.
