I fully understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to play the game that you purchased, and I fully get it that you'd like to get a refund. However, before we proceed, I'd like to know what happened when you try to open the game using your account?
Additionally, here is a few ways for you to see if it helps:
- Go to account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and sign in with your account.
- Check for your recent purchase of the game. If possible, please tell me the full name of the product you bought.
- Open the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app.
- Sign out of every account on the 2 apps.
- Go to Settings > App > Installed apps.
- Find the 2 apps and select the three dots button next to it > Advanced settings.
- Select "Reset".
- Sign in again with the account that made the purchase.
