when I want to sign in it says your account has been locked due to activity that violates Terms and Conditions. I don't know which activity I have done that has violated the Terms and conditions. Can Microsoft clarify what activity I have done? please advise how can I recover my information on the OneDrive?

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

I understand the issue you have. There is nothing to worry about. I am here to assist. It is correct, as you might have violated the terms and conditions. It can also happen when using a VPN or if the account flags suspicious behavior. To sort out the issue,

Method 1. Go to this link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2153610

Then follow the prompts to recover.

Method 2. I recommend submitting a recovery form:

Please complete the form and expect a reply within a couple of days.
