Dear Technical Support - Smarts, I’m Henry.
Since Microsoft has discontinued the E‑Open portal, you can retrieve your Volume License keys through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center if you have the proper administrator permissions:
Steps:
- Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com/.
- Choose Billing > Your Products in the left navigation menu.
- Click the Volume licensing tab to view your organization's available products.
- Under Products and services, click View downloads and keys.
- Image of Microsoft 365 admin center with the View downloads and keys button highlighted
- Locate Windows Server 2019 in the product list.
- Click on it to view details. You will see tabs for "Downloads" and "Keys".
- On the Download tab for the product you selected, use the dropdown menus to select the appropriate Product version, Language, and CPU & file type. Then, check the box next to the product name and click the Download link that appears. Make sure to save the file somewhere you can access later.
- To get your product key, click the Keys tab (next to the Download tab).
- Find your product's license key in the column labeled Key. The Type column for this key should say MAK, not KMS. Click the copy icon to copy the key to your clipboard and paste the key into a blank text document. Save the document somewhere you can access later.
If the key is not visible, Contact volume licensing support with your License ID / purchase info for assistance.
