I Cant change My Region And Birth Date. Because Its Korean Reigon and Thjs Account is Child Secure. but i Log the Organizer mail to this Mail to a Scammer. what should i do now.

I Got this Account from my friend he lost organizer mail to a scammer and j need this Account because he purchased Minecraft on this Account
