If you are using a personal account, unfortunately, permanently deleted emails can no longer be recovered. When an email is deleted, it goes to the Deleted Items folder, where it stays for 30 days before being permanently removed. However, if you deleted it from there as well, I’m sorry, but there’s no way to recover it anymore.
If you are using a work or school account, I suggest contacting your IT email administrator, as they usually have longer retention policies. Hopefully, they can help you recover your deleted emails.
