All https://support.microsoft.com pages are blocked or not accessible so I cannot do any type of recovery through these pages

This happens on both Edge & Chrome - some messages say account blocked, but I have never heard this from Microsoft

How do I ask microsoft to fix this problem ?

If you're unable to access the Microsoft support pages and are receiving messages indicating your account is blocked, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no network issues affecting your access to websites.
    2. Use Privacy Mode: Try accessing the support pages using privacy mode in your browser. For example, use InPrivate mode in Microsoft Edge or Incognito mode in Google Chrome. This can sometimes bypass issues caused by cached data or cookies.
    3. Clear Browser Cache: If you can access the pages in privacy mode, consider clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This can resolve issues related to stored data that may be causing access problems.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: If you still cannot access the support pages, you may need to reach out to Microsoft support through alternative means. You can try contacting them via social media platforms like Twitter or Facebook, or through any official Microsoft community forums.
    5. Check for Account Issues: If your account is blocked, you may need to verify your identity or resolve any issues directly through Microsoft. You can do this by attempting to sign in to your Microsoft account and following any prompts for account recovery.
    6. Use Another Device or Network: If possible, try accessing the support pages from a different device or network to see if the issue persists.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, you may need to wait for Microsoft to address any potential service outages or account-related problems.

    Hi,

I understand how inconvenient this must feel when you can’t reach the support pages.

What’s happening is usually caused by Microsoft’s security filters blocking requests that look unusual, often due to VPNs, proxies, or cached browser data.

Let’s start with a quick check: can you try turning off any VPN or proxy and clear your browser’s cache and cookies?

If that doesn’t help, switch to a different network or device to see if the block persists.

Also, have you noticed any messages about your account being restricted when signing in at account.microsoft.com?

That will tell us if this is a site access issue or an account lock.

Once we know that, we can figure out the next step, like contacting Microsoft through their phone support or Feedback Hub.

    Regards,

    Aron
