    Hi,

I understand how concerning it is to open your documents and see blank pages.

What’s happening is usually a display or template issue in Word rather than your content being lost, the text is still there, but Word isn’t rendering it properly.

Let’s start with a few quick checks: first, switch to Print Layout under the View tab and make sure the zoom is set to 100%.

Then select all text with Cmd + A and set the font color to Automatic or Black, just in case it’s showing white on white.

If that doesn’t help, try toggling field codes with Option + F9.

After that, we can look at repairing Word by deleting the Normal.dotm template and checking for updates.

Before we go deeper, can you confirm if this happens with every document or just a few, and are you able to see the text when you open the file in Pages or Google Docs?

    Regards,

    Aron
