In the email communication service, we are able to verify the domain status and DKIM and DKIM2 statuses. However it has been stuck on SPF status for over a day. What could be going wrong and how can I fix this?

    Hi,

Can you remove the TXT record with "v=spf1 include:dc-34c065e1ae._spfm.opalalign.com -all" and then click the SPF Configure link, go through wizard, and try to see if it verifies again? You may need to wait 1 hour after you delete the record so that it drops out of DNS cache.

I queried for TXT record for the above (dc-34c065e1ae._spfm.opalalign.com) and got no response, so unsure what purpose it is serving.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.
