I’ve recently started working with Microsoft Copilot, and I’m very interested in deepening my knowledge in this area. I came across several new certifications — like AI Business Professional, Copilot & Agent Administration Fundamentals, and Applied Skills: Create Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio — and I’d love your guidance on which certifications would be most beneficial to pursue at my current stage. My goal is to strengthen both my practical skills with Copilot and my understanding of how to build and manage agents using Copilot Studio.

Could you please share your recommendation or any learning path you’d suggest?

To deepen your knowledge in Microsoft Copilot and strengthen your practical skills, I recommend considering the following certifications based on your goals:

    1. AI Business Professional: This certification focuses on using generative AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot. It is suitable for understanding how AI can improve business processes without needing to build AI apps or write code. This could be a good starting point to grasp the fundamentals of AI in a business context.
    2. Copilot & Agent Administration Fundamentals: This certification will provide you with foundational knowledge about managing and administering Microsoft Copilot and its agents. It is beneficial for understanding the operational aspects of Copilot and how to effectively use it in your work.
    3. Applied Skills: Create Agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio: This certification is ideal for hands-on experience. It focuses on creating custom agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, which aligns perfectly with your goal of building and managing agents. If you have some experience with Copilot Studio, this will enhance your practical skills significantly.

Given your current stage, starting with the AI Business Professional certification to build a solid foundation, followed by the Copilot & Agent Administration Fundamentals for operational insights, and then progressing to the Applied Skills certification for practical application would be a recommended learning path.
