Im trying to edit a doc, but its saying i dont have a sups which I do.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly?

If not log into your Microsoft account on this link, re you able to find your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there and if so, is the expiry date on the subscription indicated correctly.
