System shutdown while gaming Helldivers 2

Hi everyone.

I'm having and unknown issue only when I play HELLDIVERS 2. Some time ago I was able to play 3 or even 4 hours straight withouth any issues. Now I can play less than 15 minutes, and my PC looks like it's going to fly away the way the fans start sounding.
Everytime I play this game, from some point in the past 4 months, my system just shuts down (earlier it just rebooted). It's been frustrating and annoying how this issue is only replicable to this specific game. I tried to read information on the error but I'm not getting closer to anything. I read that some utility from the MOBO vendor was causing issues, so I uninstalled it and it worked... for 20 minutes, then when I was finishing that session run, my pc shutdown for good. I can play for more than 15 minutes games like ARK, ARC Raiders, Marvel Rivals, as graphic demanding games so I'm confused on how to approach this issue, also no BSOD and the event viewer is pretty silent or I'm not able to pinpoint where to look for more information.

PS: Other issue i'm experiencing is that sometimes when scrolling on a web or application, half of the screen freezes and the other half continues scrolling down. This is very random and not replicable.

My system:
Windows 11 Pro 25H2 26200.7171
GIGABYTE a520m K v2 (latest BIOS firmware installed)
AMD Ryzen 5 5600GT with Radeon Graphics (CEZANNE AM4)
2x Hikvision U1 RAM DDR4 16GB 3200Mhz
AMD Radeon Sapphire RX 7600 (latest driver installed)
SSD Hikvision Desire P 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe 3.0
SSD Crucial BX500 2 TB

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    This behavior can occur for several reasons. It is necessary to investigate.

    Please do the following:

    Export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press Windows + X and select Event Viewer;
    2. Expand Windows Logs and select System;
    3. In the Actions panel on the right, select Filter Current Log;
    4. In Event level, check the boxes Critical, Warning, and Error and click on Ok;
    5. Again, in the Actions panel, select Save Filtered Log File As and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply.

    Share the minidumps with me so I can check if there are any clues, as this may have been about to happen a long time ago.

    Put all the files you have into a ZIP file. This will make it easier to share them all.

    Regarding temperature checks. Open the game and keep an eye on the temperature. If the problem is temperature-related, it's already reaching a very high temperature within a few seconds/minutes of the game running. And when it reaches the critical temperature, the computer shuts down.

    Ideally, the computer shouldn't even reach a high temperature. Ideally, the CPU shouldn't exceed at least 80ºC, and the GPU at least 75ºC.

    Let me know the result.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    The weird thing is that your system isn't logging anything when the problem occurs, which isn't common for software-related issues. But it makes sense that when Discord is open, it causes increased CPU and RAM usage, and this higher usage, even if slight, could be triggering some kind of problem.

    In your question, you mentioned having the latest BIOS. Just to confirm: It's version "F6", right?

    I suggest doing the following as well:

    • Go to the Gigabyte website using the link below, download the latest Chipset driver, and install it.

    https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/A520M-K-V2-rev-10/support

    Driver name: AMD Chipset Driver

    Version: 5.11.02.217

    (You will need to expand the Chipset category to find the mentioned driver.)

    (Extract the ZIP file, and double-click the file "mb_driver_597_chipset_5.11.02.217" to run it. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)

    I will explain why I suggested this:

    The chipset is a vital component responsible for managing communication between the processor and external devices connected to the motherboard, such as the graphics card.

    A compatibility issue with chipset drivers can make the system unstable to the point of experiencing BSODs or abrupt shutdowns, usually not in the way it's happening to you. However, I think it's a good idea to try.

    Still, it's a good idea to check the RAM using MemTest86 when it's convenient for you.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.
