this error and when i try to install apps on windows store i get this error 0X800700B7

What problems are you experiencing with your Windows installation that you need to run that dism command, is it just when downloading apps from the store, please provide full details.

Thank you for that information, your system hardware seems to be fully Windows 11 compatible, the only problem I see is Secure Boot is disabled, boot your PC into BIOS and on the Security settings, you should be able to enable Secure Boot, then try updating to Windows 11 again.

Sorry, I was offline, in that case, if that process is also failing, the best option may be to backup your files and use a bootable Windows 11 USB to clean install Windows 11.
