Request to transfer windows 11 pro product key to a new pc

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to inform you that I have purchased a product key for Windows 11 Pro. This key was previously activated and was being used on my old computer.

I have now bought a new computer and I would like to transfer my Windows 11 Pro license to this new machine.

Could you please deactivate or remove the association of this product key from my old computer, so that I can successfully activate it on my new PC without any issues? I tried all the tips i found on reddit or in these q&a but found no help i even ran cmd with admin and did all the commands i found online (slmgr.vbs /upk) but found no help. Please help!

There is no deactivation process for Windows.

Open the Settings App, go to the Activation settings, click the Troubleshoot button, then select 'I changed my hardware and on the resulting list, select the previously activated PC, that process should move your licence to the new PC.

ive recently changed my cpu and formated whole computer, everything was running fine update installed and all that, in middle of trying to install giants farming simulator 25 and it came up activate windows, ive never had this issues before and its been a genuine kjey ive always used, ive tried to get to speak to a agent but getting passed around with the help screen where i cant get an agent, iove tried every step the help guid gives me but still no joy, please help
