My account has been hacked and I need it secured

A lowlife scumbag has gained access to my hotmail and outlook account. He has continuous threatened me for months, stolen cash assets from me, changed language on folders to one that I do not recognize. I need the unauthorized user removed from my account(s), the account(s) secured, and their detailed name and address given to me for future disciplining and accountability purposes.

I recommend that you try to recover your account immediately through the link: https://account.live.com/acsr. Fill out as much information as you can and use an alternate email for contact.

If recovery fails, please contact Microsoft support: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, and choose the option “Account Hacked.”.
