My daughter set up Microsoft office family share which we paid for and she put It in her name she is now logged out and needs parental consent but no one can do it because I’m not an administrator in the family share only she is.

how do we change this as she cannot get into emails or Microsoft to log in and change settings?

You can fix this by giving consent from your own Microsoft account. That will both unlock your daughter's account and add you as the family organizer.

On any browser, have your daughter go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with her email and password.

She will be stopped on a page that says she needs a parent's permission. Ask her to choose the option to enter a parent's email, then type your email address. You will receive a link to finish consent.

Open that link on your device, sign in with your own Microsoft account or create one if you do not have it, then complete the age check with a small credit card verification charge. It is a legal age verification, not a purchase, and prepaid cards usually do not work. When it finishes, her account is unlocked and your account is added to her family automatically as an organizer.

After that, sign in at family.microsoft.com with your account and confirm you are listed as Organizer and your daughter is a Member. From there you can manage her settings and share Microsoft 365 Family from your account going forward.

If you get stuck on any screen, tell me the exact message you see and I will tailor the next step.
