Although the Polycom VVX 450 is not a Teams-native certified device, it is confirm to be a Compatible device to use the SIP Gateway feature. This enables basic calling functionality while leveraging your existing hardware.

Before Configuration 

• Reset the device to factory defaults (refer to Polycom documentation). 
• Ensure Teams Phone license is assigned to the user. 
• Confirm network readiness:  
  • Open TCP port 5061 and UDP ports 49152–53247 for Microsoft IP ranges (52.112.0.0/14, 52.122.0.0/15). 
  • Allow HTTP/S traffic to bypass any proxy. 
• SIP devices must not be behind a proxy. 
• Verify that SIP Gateway is enabled in your tenant.
