Azure communication Service - Not able to get phone number

In my subscription > Microsoft Azure Sponsorship
Resource > SynergyTestNewCS
Phone numbers > Get phone number is not working.

Phone number acquisition is not supported on Microsoft Azure Sponsorship subscriptions, as these plans generally do not allow purchasing new phone numbers. Creating a Pay-As-You-Go subscription is often required when you need to obtain Azure Communication Services phone numbers.

It is also important to ensure that the billing country or region associated with your subscription supports phone number purchases. If the subscription is linked to a location where Azure Communication Services phone numbers are not available, the option may remain disabled.
