Hello, we're having reports of users within our business not being able to access their email templates in the custom ribbon, at first, I thought it was related to an update, but even after updating, the view templates option disappeared. I tried to add it back in File > Options > customize ribbon, but didnt see the "My templates" option there. The screenshot is from my computer (not the one displaying the issue) to show the button I'm talking about.

    Hello @Malik Mertus
Thank you for posting question to Microsoft Q&A Forum.
According to this issue, please have a look at this screenshot or the link below (if you could access to Microsoft 365 Admin Center)

As we are aware that this issue with My Templates and Viva Insights happened to some users due to service degradation. We are still investigating on this and this section is continously updating within Microsoft 365 Admin Center (updated by November 14).

I will keep you updated with the situation in case you are not Administrator within this thread.
In the meantime, you can use Signatures as a temporary workaround, I know it's not the same, but it does have the similar function to My Template.

My apology for any inconveniences caused by this issue.
