Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'message') on CosmosDB Account creation

Hi,

I am trying to create a CosmosDB free account. I add a resource group and DB name and press create.

After 2 minutes or more I got an error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'message')
and that's all the info I get.

Is there anything I can try?

PS: it's a new Microsoft account.

yes it worked. Maybe the error was related to the fresh Azure account.

Actually @Oury Ba-MSFT ,

it's not intermittent.

I tried to create a second account and it failed again.

So, I tried a different PC and it worked.

Basically, it is failing on my company's PC but not on personal ones. Not great as I am testing it for the company.

Hi @Matteo Bortolazzo I would suggest to check if your company admin. There may be something blocking from creating a Cosmos DB account.

no, I wasn't able to check as it's a big company so I don't even know who should I ask.

But we have other Cosmos accounts, so it might be a configuration issue on my PC

Hi,

Apparently I was not the only one in the company with this issue. So it must be related to some network settings or protections on our side.

i has the same problem on my macbook.

devdependencies: @azure/cosmos": "^4.0.0"

when i downgrade to v3.5.1, then show anther error.

i have trapped into the problem for one day
has any suggestions?
