Hello,

I would like to cancel my Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription purchased on January 3, 2024.

I have the following order details: Order ID: ff05cbed-2239-4a9c-dbac-958bb6380dac Amount: $6.00 USD Country: Dominican Republic

The subscription was made using my personal email address, but I am unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center because it says my account is a personal account, not a business one. I would like to ask for a refund in this order. I been paying double (Microsoft Personal and Microsoft Business form the Same Account). And now I’m not able to cancel the subscription. I will add prove of both invoice from the same they and different products.

Please cancel the automatic renewal of this subscription and confirm the cancellation by email.

Thank you for your assistance.

To cancel your Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription, you need to access the Microsoft 365 admin center. However, since you mentioned that your account is recognized as a personal account and not a business one, you may not be able to perform the cancellation yourself.

Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you are unable to access the admin center, the best course of action is to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you with the cancellation and any refund requests.
    2. Provide Necessary Information: When contacting support, make sure to provide them with your order details, including the Order ID, subscription type, and any other relevant information that can help them assist you better.
    3. Request Confirmation: After the cancellation is processed, ask for a confirmation email to ensure that your subscription has been canceled and that the automatic renewal has been stopped.

Unfortunately, I cannot process the cancellation or refund directly, but Microsoft Support will be able to assist you with this issue.
