It sounds like your email account may have been compromised, which can lead to issues such as being unable to send emails or access certain features. Here are some steps you can take to regain control and secure your account:

    1. Change Your Password: Immediately change the password for your email account. Make sure to use a strong and unique password that you haven't used before.
    2. Check for Suspicious Activity: Look for any suspicious activity in your account, such as unknown sent messages or changes to your account settings. If you find anything unusual, it could indicate that someone else has access to your account.
    3. Contact Your Email Provider: Reach out to your email service provider's support team for assistance. They may be able to help you regain access to your account and secure it against unauthorized access.
    4. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If your email provider offers it, enable two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.
    5. Scan for Malware: Run a malware scan on your devices to ensure that there are no malicious programs that could compromise your security further.
    6. Monitor Your Accounts: Keep an eye on your other accounts that may be linked to this email address for any suspicious activity.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, follow the steps outlined in the Microsoft documentation for responding to a compromised email account. This includes identifying symptoms of compromise and taking necessary remediation actions.
