Can you confirm the exact name of your Microsoft 365 subscription? For example, is it Microsoft 365 personal/family/premium/basic? Or Microsoft 365 business basic/standard, or Teams Essential?
Only able to add 20 people to a Teams meeting, but need 30

I have tried adding people to a Teams Meeting using the Calendar function and the Schedule Meeting function, but 'something went wrong' message appears when I try to add 30 people. It works if I only add 20, despite me having a Microsoft 365 subscription. This is not through a Chat (which is limited to 20).

Can you try to see if you can do it via the online version https://teams.microsoft.com/v2 in browser's incognito/inprivate mode? This can help determine if the issue is account level or app level.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
