Dear @Philippe LC,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum!
For your situation, please take note of the following important points:
- After a developer subscription expires, the data is typically retained for a limited grace period (often 30-60 days) before it is permanently deleted. I strongly recommend that you back up any important files, data, or configurations from your expired tenant as soon as possible to avoid data loss.
- Developer subscriptions are initially valid for 90 days and can be renewed based on qualified development activity. The renewal typically happens close to or just after the expiration date. So, it's expected that the date hasn't changed in advance, even though you’re actively using the environment.
- If you still want to continue with the program, the official path forward is to sign up for a new Microsoft 365 Developer subscription from the official program website. Please follow this link: Welcome to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program | Microsoft Learn
Please note that you have to qualify again for renewing.
You can refer to the official article for more details: Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ | Microsoft Learn
Unfortunately, manual renewals may not support, and this may be likely backend issue of the program. Even Microsoft support agents in Admin Center and forum moderators do not have access to override or extend developer subscriptions.
I understand this is inconvenient, but my strong recommendation is to take immediate action: back up all your files before the account is permanently deleted, create a new tenant and operate it in line with the evaluation criteria publicly provided by Microsoft, which you can find here: Terms and conditions | Microsoft Learn
Then you follow my instructions above to renew it.
As I mentioned the Admin Center is not the correct channel for this program. If you would like to contact Microsoft 365 Developer Program Support, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Developer Support. They can confirm your profile status and assist you further. For more information, you can also refer to the Services Hub sign in FAQs (Note: this is a paid ticket, and fees will be applicable).
I hope this explanation helps clear things up and I truly apologize that I cannot help you directly due to my forum moderator role and program's policy. However, I still tried my best to help you with these proper instructions. If you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact me in comment section.
