Hello, nearly 4 years ago I lost a phone that had Authenticator on it. It wasn’t a large issue since the only profile that was secured on it was my old Discord account I lost when I lost the phone. I have been trying and making regular attempts to restore the account through Discord support, to no success. I have been told to make a support ticket here to see if the code is linked to the email I am using in any way. The email that is making this ticket is the email that the code was made on

If you have lost access to your Microsoft Authenticator app and are unable to recover your Discord account, you may need to follow the recovery process provided by Discord support. Unfortunately, the Microsoft Authenticator app does not have a direct method for recovering lost codes, as it is designed to generate time-based one-time passwords (TOTPs) that are not stored on a server.

Since you mentioned that the email associated with your Discord account is the same as the one you are using to make this ticket, ensure that you provide this information to Discord support. They may be able to assist you further by verifying your identity through other means. Additionally, if you have any backup codes that were provided when you set up two-factor authentication (2FA) on Discord, you can use those to regain access to your account.

If you continue to face issues, consider reaching out to Discord support again, providing as much detail as possible about your account and the situation to facilitate the recovery process.
