I have my password, but I am asked to verify my account through a phone number that is no longer in service and a Gmail account that is also no longer in service. My email address is ******@hotmail.com.

Please, can you help me access my email as soon as possible?

To regain access to your Outlook account when you can't verify your identity due to outdated phone numbers and email addresses, you can follow these steps:

    1. Contact Support: Since you are unable to verify your account through the provided methods, you should contact Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you regain access to your account.
    2. Use Alternate Verification Methods: If you have any other recovery options set up (like an alternate email or security questions), try using those.
    3. Check for Admin Assistance: If your account is part of an organization (like a work or school account), reach out to your IT department or admin for help in resetting your verification methods.
    4. Update Your Security Information: Once you regain access, make sure to update your security information with current phone numbers and email addresses to avoid similar issues in the future.

If you are the only global admin on the account, you may need to contact the Azure Data Protection team for further assistance.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Aside from the phone number and Gmail, do you have other verification methods linked to your account?

Do you see any unfamiliar email addresses/phone numbers upon signing in to your account?

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If yes, do you still have the 25-character recovery codes?

Lastly, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your Microsoft account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

I understand. If you do not have an active 2FA and since you no longer have access to your account's security info, I'm afraid the only way to recover/verify the account is through the account recovery web form: https://account.live.com/acsr

You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft, and you can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted, please review this link for tips on improving your chances of a successful recovery: https://support.microsoft.com/office/dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

Please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to grant you access to your account.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
