Hello,

Here’s what you need to do to troubleshoot webcam issues.

1. Open Device Manager by searching for it in the Windows search bar.
2. Expand the "Cameras" or "Imaging devices" section.
3. Right-click your webcam and select "Uninstall device".
4. Check the box to "Delete the driver software for this device" and then click "Uninstall".
5. Restart your computer. Windows will detect and reinstall the driver upon startup.
6. Check the Device Manager again to see if the camera is listed. If not, right-click the top of the Device Manager list and select "Scan for hardware changes".
