My new laptop has issue and Lenovo replaced with a new motherboard.

After motherboard replaced, it went into bitlocker screen and I was prompt to key in my bitlocker recovery key.
I checked my account and realised I did not setup any bitlocker setting/passwords.

I cannot log in to my windows 11 now.

I was informed by Lenovo that Microsoft is able to provide me with the passwords.

See attached bitlocker screen and provide me with the 48 digits login passwords for me to access into my windows 11. Bit locker.jpeg

    Find your BitLocker recovery key

Reinstall Windows if the key cannot be recovered. This will erase all data on the drive.
