Stuck with old number

When i try add my new number and just remove my old number (Because i dont have old number which means i cant get sms code and stuff) I just got new number. Old number is gone like i just trashed it.
And then in Miscrosoft security, i tried to change to new number right? It says We don't support that country code +7 kazakhstan like bro what is this so please help me and fix this damn like i been stuck there for almost a hour probably cmon
