Hello Microsoft team, I hope your day is going well. I had an email account linked to my Microsoft account and my Xbox account, which, unfortunately, I lost. I never had problems signing into it, still, as I remember my password to it till a couple of weeks ago, they log me out and needed my verification. I know my name, username tag on there and my password, but still they said they need more for me. I would really love it if I had that account back. I had that account before 2019. Can you guys help me out?

From, Eden

To recover your email account linked to your Microsoft account, you will need to follow Microsoft's identity verification processes. Since you mentioned that you have lost access and are unable to verify your account, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Confirm Account Information: Ensure that you are using the correct email address and any other details associated with your account.
    2. Use Recovery Options: Go to the Microsoft account recovery page and follow the prompts. You may need to provide additional information to verify your identity.
    3. Submit a Support Request: If the recovery options do not work, you can submit a support request through the Microsoft 365 support page. You might be asked to verify your identity and ownership of the account through documentation.
    4. Contact Support: If you are still unable to recover your account, consider reaching out to Microsoft support directly for assistance.

Remember that Microsoft cannot bypass identity verification processes, so you will need to provide the necessary information to regain access to your account.
