Unwanted more expensive 365 option - double charge by Microsoft

Why have I been charged twice? £19 for the option I wanted and £89 for an option I never ordered. This is scam marketing and it’s impossible to get any response from Microsoft. I have wasted hours on this issue.

It sounds like you may be experiencing issues related to your Microsoft 365 subscription billing. Common reasons for unexpected charges can include:

    1. Changing your billing frequency, which may result in additional charges.
    2. Having multiple subscriptions or plans that could lead to double billing.
    3. Using a Business Standard subscription, which could have different pricing.

To resolve this issue, I recommend checking your subscription details in the Microsoft 365 admin center and contacting Microsoft support for clarification on the charges. They can assist you in understanding why you were billed for the additional option and help rectify any mistakes.

Microsoft refuse my login when I ask a question. But I can login to see my account. It’s impossible to phone. It is totally unacceptable behaviour by Microsoft.

    Hi SR,

The 90 Euro's make no sense if you have a monthly subscription. Are you sure you don't have multiple accounts?

Could you please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page and atttach a screenshot in the next reply? It would greately help in our diagnosis.

I’m eager to hear back and work together to find a solution.

I paid £84.99 against an invoice (not authorised by me - so presumably initiated using stored credit card details) in the name of Micro*Microsoft 365P, Reading, Berks. This does not show on my Microsoft Account. If this is not a genuine invoice from Microsoft my details must have been leaked from your company.

I also authorise a payment for the more limited 365 package of £19.99 by Pay Pal.

    I do not pay monthly.
