Customer service is horrible
I have been trying to contact an actual person online and on the phone for months now with no success. The customer service of Microsoft has gone to absolute garbage. I've been paying for a service for months that isn't working and cannot get any kind of support for it,. I've called, open cases and was supposed to receive calls back. Nothing ever comes. What kind of a company has this become?
I lost my phone that had authenticator on it and now I cannot access any of my companies emails because I cannot authenticate them. I am the company admin and cannot get into the admin page now because I have to authenticate. I can't authenticate because I don't have the phone. I can't add the email to my new phone because I can't authenticate the login with my old phone. Can a real human please help me?? this is a issue that should take minutes to fix not months!
