Draft message has disappeared in Outlook for mobile

I composed a message with an attachment.

I did not specify a send to address.

A short while later the draft message was not to be found.

Please help

Hello,

If you have an unsent and unfinished email it is likely in the drafts folder, if you are unable to find it there check the deleted items folder.

Try using the search function and recall what you typed, it might be in a different folder.

Within the deleted items folder should be an option to restore deleted items if it hasn't been more than 30 days

is Outlook programed to autodelete a draft that does not have a send to address?

Normally it shouldn't delete an incomplete or unsent draft, unless it was shut down illegally, by pressing alt F4 or if the power went out suddenly. Unfortunately, if you aren't able to find it in all those folders you may have to remake the email.
