To sign out from an old Windows account and sign in with a new account in Windows 10, follow these steps:

    1. Sign Out from the Old Account:
      • Click on the Start button (Windows icon) in the bottom-left corner of your screen.
      • Click on your profile picture at the top of the Start menu.
      • Select Sign out from the dropdown menu.
    2. Sign In with the New Account:
      • After signing out, you will be taken back to the login screen.
      • Click on the account you want to sign in with, or select Other user if the account is not listed.
      • Enter the password for the new account and press Enter to sign in.

If you need to add a new account before signing out, you can do so by going to Settings > Accounts > Family & other users and selecting Add someone else to this PC.

    Hello,

Your question is a bit unclear.

Are you saying, your current Windows log in is associated with a old Microsoft account (email address), and you want it to associate with a different Microsoft account email?

If that's the case, tell me, do you know the old Micorsoft account's password? If you can, you can simply do the following:

Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info

Click on Sign in with local user instead. follow the steps and finish the rest.

(If you don't see the "sign in with a local account instead option, click on "Stop signing into Microsoft apps automatically" first, then relaunch this page. )

Restart the computer (Do Not skip)

Go to Settings > Accounts > Your info

Click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead. follow the steps and finish the rest

Restart the computer (Do Not skip)
